For TEAM SIGN-UPS please fill out a Roster Form.

Basketball Team Rosters may contain up to 12 players. League fee includes 7 shirts.
Softball Team Rosters may contain up to 20 players. League fee includes 10 shirts.
Dodgeball Team Rosters may contain up to 10 players. League fee includes 6 shirts.
Volleyball Team Rosters may contain up to 10 players. League fee includes 6 shirts.
WiffleBall Team Rosters may contain up to 6 players.

For each sport, Additional Shirts are $10 each. Please add $2 for any XXLarge or 3XLarge shirt ordered.

T's League does not charge an additional annual membership fee to join a league. We are a "Pay as you Play" company.
So, if you only want to play one sport, that's all you pay for!
You don't have to pay extra just to associate with us!

To secure your spot in any of T's Leagues, a deposit must accompany your registration.
Deposits are Non-Refundable and are due no later than three weeks before the start date of the league you wish to play in.
For All Team SignUps: $100.
For Individual Basketball SignUps: $70.
For Individual Softball SignUps: $65.
For Individual Volleyball SignUps: $50.
For Individual Dodgeball, Wiffle Ball, Kickball & Flag Football SignUps, we require payment in full due to the low cost to play.
You may pay for your registration either by credit card through the "Buy Now" link below, or by mailing a check to:

Late Signing Up? We'll do our best to get you in. Late Sign-Ups are subject to a late schedule adjustment fee, if necessary.

Paying NOW for your league entry is the only way to hold your spot in the league. All leagues are on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations that are not paid are NOT guaranteed entry.
